1) What is your Warranty & Assistance Policy?
We are sorry for any inconvenience. We confirm our Capri Watch watches are covered by 2 year worldwide warranty. We do offer also an extra warranty assistance for other problems for which the possibility to be fixed and the cost will be valued based on the specific case.

VERY IMPORTANT: If shipping from outside EU, we suggest You to specify on the custom declaration that You are shipping a broken watch to be repaired with NO VALUE, to avoid to pay any duties. Our Company will refuse to accept any package for which there are duties or other expenses to be paid. Our Company, on its own expenses, will ship back the fixed watch to You. Please make sure to include your address and phone number.  

2) Do you sell on line Replacement Bands?
For replacement bands, please consider that our watches wear standard size bands that can be easily purchased in every jewellery or watch store.  We do not sell single bands on-line.

3) Are your handbags Made in Italy?
Our  Bags and our Capri à Porter Leather bags, the models cost over than 100 Euros,  are 100% made in Italy by artisans with more than 40 years of experience in leather manufacture. Extreme attention is given to the quality of the material, of the accessories and of the manufacture.

4) Shipping Free it really does mean that nothing is owned for the shipping cost?
