1) What is your Warranty & Assistance Policy?
We are sorry for any inconvenience. We confirm our Capri Watch watches are covered by 2 year worldwide warranty. We do offer also extra warranty assistance for other problems for which the possibility to be fixed and the cost will be valued based on the specific case.
For assistance please ship the watch, on your own responsability and care and with copy of the guarantee, to:

VERY IMPORTANT: If shipping from outside EU, we suggest you to specify on the custom declaration that you are shipping a broken watch to be repaired with NO VALUE, to avoid to pay any duties. Our Company will refuse to accept any package for which there are duties or other expenses to be paid. Our Company, on its own expenses, will ship back the fixed watch to you. Please make sure to include your address and phone number.  

2) Do you sell on line Replacement Bands?
For replacement bands, please consider that our watches wear standard size bands that can be easily purchased in every jewellery or watch store.  We do not sell single bands on-line.

3) Are your handbags Made in Italy?
Our Capri Jelly Bags and our Capri à Porter Leather bags are 100% made in Italy by artisans with more than 40 years of experience in leather manufacture. Extreme attention is given to the quality of the material, of the accessories and of the manufacture.

4) Is the handbags' hardware silver or gold?
Silver hardware is the most requested, therefore about 95% of the Capri Jelly Bags have silver hardware.

5) How much is the Euro price in American Dollar?

6) Is there a quantity discount?
Yes, we do offer discount for larger quantities. Please check our Wholesale Policy.

3) Personal Courier Account Number

If you prefer, you can use your own Intl Courier account number so the shipping costs and duties are on your account. You pay us only the fixed amount of Euro 20,00 as packing and documentation fee. PLEASE in the order "note" spcify the courier name (i.e. DHL - FEDEX - UPS - OTHER),  the Account Number and the name of the account if different from yours.

8) Please Clarify, some sites claim their jelly bags are the original and other sites say the one form Capri are the real ones...? Capri Jelly Bags is our own trade mark and are the only one from Capri, 100% Made in Italy and exclusively produced and sold by Asperula Stellina SNC ­in Capri, Italy and at www.capricapri.com. We have been between the first few Italian manufacturer to produce and sell these bags and we helped from Capri to spread this trend all over the world thanks to our International clientele and to the beauty and best quality of our bags. We have a wide array of models and we are developing new ones…look for the latest update on our web site!

Our Company will refuse to pay any custom duty for watches sent to us for repair. Our Company on its owns expenses takes care of shipping the watch back to you (so please include your address and phone number).
